About the developer
ArchiTerra is a family-run development and architecture company working on residential projects in Bali. The team is led by the founder spouses, who personally participate in project delivery and oversee every stage—from concept development and documentation preparation to construction, interior design, and the handover of completed residences to owners.
History and experience
The founders of ArchiTerra have more than 15 years of experience in real estate development. Over the years, the team has delivered more than 300 projects in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Indonesia, building hands-on expertise in design, construction, and end-to-end management of residential properties across different climatic and urban-planning conditions.
Projects
ArchiTerra’s portfolio includes the Dreamland and Horizon Blue projects, located on the Bukit Peninsula. The company works with residential formats of various scales—from individual villas to complexes that combine private residences, landscaped grounds, and shared leisure spaces.
Design approach
The architectural concept is based on a contemporary tropical style with an open spatial layout and a seamless transition between the interior and the surrounding outdoor area. Panoramic glazing, spacious terraces, deep roof overhangs, and natural air circulation help adapt the buildings to the island’s climate and maintain a comfortable microclimate.
Construction management
The founders are permanently based in Bali and personally oversee the progress of work, compliance with design solutions, and quality of execution. They are available for direct communication, meetings, and site visits, ensuring process transparency, prompt decision-making, and personal accountability for the result. This approach reflects the principles of a family business built on trust, attention to detail, and the owners’ direct involvement.
